Colin & Emma spry took 3 years to launch Starz, a year to plan it, a year to find the right site and another year to make it happen. Starz is a subtly themed American Lounge Bar and Restaurant, situated in a fabulous listed building that was actually a redundant music venue when we discovered it.
We visited many American Restaurants in researching our concept - to us the whole ethos is about making Starz a celebration venue, with an eating and drinking experience that’s both fun yet high in quality
