This is one of the best seafood restaurants in Devon, if not the UK. Excellent service and very well prepared fresh fish, which is surprisingly unusual in North Devon. Children are also welcome if they appreciate good food alongwith their parents.

Having read a few other reviews we were sadly disappointed by the decor, ambience and most of all the menu. The bread rolls were supermarket best, the starters were passable but the main courses were expensive and the fresh brill was swamped in butter. Sweets were standard fare bought in (we suspect). Overall an experience we would not repeat or recommend.
