Devon restaurant guide

Phansit's is a small, friendly restaurant at the top of Bideford High Street by the Pannier Market. The owner/chef is a native of Thailand and serves authentic Thai food often using recipies passed down through generations. He also uses his skills to deliver exciting and unusual fusion dishes. All dishes are cooked to order from an exciting open plan kitchen using local ingredients wherever possible. This has recently earned Phansit a Silver Award from Taste of the West.
